My name is Mosope Idowu. I am a Christian, a mom of 3 beautiful children, a certified pre/postnatal fitness coach, and a maternal mental health advocate.
I like to use the term #momstrong in my practise as my mission is to help my clients get and stay strong, so that they can continue to/get back to doing the things that they love.
My Story
When I became a mom for the first time in 2012, I was overwhelmed by the changes that I went through – physically and mentally. I felt undereducated and unprepared for postpartum.
Information in the area of fitness was scarce, I was struggling with my body image and mental health, and I felt unsupported as a new mom.
After a second difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth experience in 2015 I made a commitment to fight for my health in every way possible.
Bethel Fit Mum (BFM) was born out of my passion to educate, equip, empower and support moms in the postpartum period; giving them what I never had and so desperately needed.
