  1. It’s the beginning of SPRING (read “END OF WINTER!”)<\/li>\n\t
  2. Easter (sometimes)<\/li>\n\t
  3. AND most importantly MY BIRTHDAY<\/strong><\/span> (aka PI day!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThis year is a special milestone birthday for me – I turn THE BIG 30<\/strong><\/span>! – and rather than have a big stressful birthday party that I honestly don’t have the time\u00a0or energy to plan, I want to celebrate by really focusing on the things that matter the most to me.\n\n1. My Faith\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2. My Family\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3.     building ENDURANCE<\/strong> and<\/span><\/div>\n
    STRENGTH<\/strong> and<\/span><\/div>\n
    \n\noffering SUPPORT<\/strong>!<\/span>\n\nI\u00a0will be\u00a0sharing various\u00a0aspects of my\u00a0my fitness journey\/regimen\u00a0over the next 4 weeks like;<\/span><\/span>\n\n<\/div>\n
